Unfortunately, once your application has been submitted to UNISA, it cannot be changed, including your selected qualification. In most cases, Stellenbosch University strictly adheres to the minimum admission requirements for degree programs. If you don’t meet these requirements, it’s unlikely your application will be considered. However, there may be exceptions for certain programs or under special circumstances, such as exceptional performance in your final matric exams, so it’s best to contact the admissions office directly for clarification.

If you applied with your grade 11 results and got a “conditional offer” from Stellenbosch University, it means they’ll admit you on the condition that you pass your final exams with the required grades.

In early 2025, they’ll look at your final grade 12 results. You’ll have three days to say yes to their final offer. If you don’t, the offer goes away.

If you finished school in a previous year and applied with your grade 12 marks, they’ll consider you for a final offer. You must accept one of these offers before the deadline they give you. You won’t get another final offer in early 2025 because this one is final.
