Will I still be considered if I’m no longer upgrading my results?

I applied to Stellenbosch University and indicated that I was upgrading my results, but I ended up not upgrading them. I received a waiting list offer for the Faculty of Arts in Psychology and was later asked to upload my upgraded results and provide a motivation. I informed the university that I am no longer upgrading. Will I still be considered for admission?
